Cancellation Policy

Your ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE. To use your ticket you MUST fill out the Health Questionnaire and Liability Release that will be emailed to you. You must also bring a VALID ID proving you are 21 or older that matches your ticket on the day of service! If you buy more than one ticket, we need health forms and liability realeases for EACH PERSON to be filled out and they must match the ID on the day of service.
