ABOUT US
Our Story
Mush Love was born out of a deep passion for mushrooms and a heartfelt aspiration to contribute to a better world. We are fortunate to be surrounded by a fantastic team of kindred spirits who support and inspire us every step of the way. As a Colorado-based business, we take pride in our roots and our collaborative efforts with therapists, spiritual mentors, and individuals who share our ethos of love and compassion.
We're delighted to make your acquaintance!
Hey, I’m Alex—also known as A Human BEing with Love.
I founded Mush Love because mushrooms changed my life.
Growing up in a cult, struggling with my identity as a trans person, and surviving conversion therapy left me feeling unworthy and disconnected from myself. For years, I searched for something to help me feel whole.
Then, I found mushrooms. And for the first time, I felt love—not from someone else, but from within me. That moment reshaped my entire existence.
Now, as the CEO of Mush Love, I’ve built something bigger than myself. Mush Love isn’t just a business—it’s a movement. We’re here to bring high-quality, intentional medicine to those who need it most. Through guided sessions, microdosing support, and retreats, I’ve had the privilege of helping people reconnect with themselves in ways they never thought possible. Seeing that transformation fuels everything I do.
I lead with love, authenticity, and respect for the mycelium that connects us all. Mush Love is built on these values—from the way we grow our medicine to the way we nurture our community. We’re not just in this for business; we’re in this for healing.
I’m endlessly grateful for the people who support this mission. Together, we’re spreading love, one mushroom at a time.
