I’ve gone through the heavy, deep intro work that psilocybin is so great as a medicine for long ago and now predominantly enjoy extreme high doses with novel strains simply to have fun and tune into that frequency and see what cool shit the mushies can show me. I have really enjoyed microdosing using the capsules. The onset is ever so easy and heart opening. This has been a beautiful way to start my daily practice of heartfelt intentions, gratitude, and meditation. There is a wonderful grounding that also takes place when combining the capsules with my daily practice. The peace and calm stay with me all day.
