There’s something special about Thursdays at Mush Love.
Address: 5400 Ward Rd, Building V, Suite 105. Arvada CO 80002
It’s the day the space opens a little wider. The pace slows down. And intention becomes the focus.
Whether you’re coming to move your body, ask questions, or simply connect in a grounded and supportive way, Thursdays are designed to be welcoming, accessible, and nourishing.
Thursday Morning Yoga with Leslie | 9:00 AM
$19 | All levels welcome
We begin the day with gentle, grounding yoga led by Leslie Arboleda with Aligned Living and Leadership. These classes are

thoughtful, embodied, and accessible, created to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner awareness.
You don’t need to be “good at yoga” or have anything figured out. This is a space to arrive exactly as you are, move with intention, and start your day feeling more present and supported.
Support Sessions | 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM
After yoga, the space shifts into Support Session hours. These are brief, intentional sessions designed to be supportive, informative, and easy to access. Each visit is typically around 15 minutes, giving you space to ask questions, learn about our curated gifts, and receive grounded guidance around mushrooms and integration without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
These sessions are conversational and welcoming, whether you are brand new, simply

curious, or returning. The focus is on clarity, care, and meeting you where you are, all within a calm and respectful environment.
No pressure. No expectations. Just honest conversation and thoughtful support. You can drop in or schedule a session in advance!
A Day to Drop In
You’re welcome to come for yoga, Support Sessions, or both. Some people arrive with specific questions. Others just want to see what the space feels like. All of that is welcome here.
Thursdays at Mush Love are about creating a steady, supportive rhythm. A place to check in with yourself. A place to learn. A place to feel a little more connected before heading back into the world.
