One of the most beautiful discoveries in modern neuroscience is that our brains are not fixed. Throughout our lives, our experiences, thoughts, emotions, habits, and environments are constantly shaping the connections between our neurons. This incredible ability is called neuroplasticity.
Tomorrow, I'm honored to be speaking as part of The Frequencies of Bliss, a free online event exploring sound, consciousness, and human potential.

In this talk, we'll explore what neuroplasticity actually is, why it matters, and how intentional experiences can help us create lasting change. We'll also look at the fascinating relationship between mushrooms, learning, presence, and the ways our brains adapt throughout our lives.
This isn't just about science. It's about possibility.
Every new skill, every meaningful conversation, every act of curiosity, and every moment of presence is an opportunity to strengthen new pathways and gently reshape the way we experience ourselves and the world around us.
Whether you're new to these ideas or have been exploring them for years, I hope you'll join us for what I think will be a thoughtful and inspiring conversation.
The entire Bliss series is free to attend and features an incredible lineup of speakers exploring healing, sound, consciousness, and human potential.
