Saturday Sound Baths & Community Time at Mush Love

We’ve been wanting to create something that feels slower, more spacious, and more accessible for people who can’t always make it to us on a Thursday.
We’ve hosted sound baths before, and they’ve consistently been a community favorite. Because of that, we’re making them a regular, quarterly offering and opening up select Saturdays as a longer day to gather, connect, and spend time together.
On these Saturdays, Leslie Arboleda will be guiding the sound baths, with plenty of space

around them for conversation and community.
The sound bath portion of the day runs from 11–2 and is intentionally spacious.
From 11–12, the space is open for mingling, arriving, and settling in.
From 12–1, Leslie will guide a one-hour sound bath, offering space to drop in, reset, and listen in a different way.
From 1–2, the space opens back up for mingling, journaling, sharing experiences, or simply sitting together.
The sound bath is free to attend, with a suggested $20 donation for those who would like to contribute. Space is limited, so tickets are required.
From 11–6, Support Sessions will be available throughout the day. We know that many people are coming from further away or have work schedules that make Thursdays difficult, and our hope is that opening up Saturdays makes it easier to spend unhurried time with us, whether that’s joining the sound bath, scheduling a session, or both.
Upcoming dates and sound bath tickets can be found in the Events section.
These Saturdays are meant to support connection. A place to meet other like-minded people, talk about journeys if that feels right, or simply be in a shared, intentional space.
This is an extension of what we already do, with a special Saturday gathering, shaped by what our community has asked for.
We’re looking forward to opening the space and spending this time together. 🫶🏻
