Hi my beautiful Mush Love family,

If I have learned anything from this journey together, it is that love grows in the spaces where people feel seen. I have been blessed to witness so many of you finding your courage, your softness, your voice, your self love, and your truth. Watching you grow has changed me. Serving you has made me better. Being invited into your hearts and your healing is one of the greatest honors of my life.

That is why I am writing you this very personal note today.I want to share

something new with you.And I want to ask you for a favor.

Mush Love has always been more than gifts or gatherings. It is a community of humans who are ready to remember who they are. Many of you have told me that Mush Love helped you reconnect to yourselves, find peace again, or walk a little closer to the person you knew you could be. That means everything to me. Truly.

And now there is something new that is fully aligned with that same mission.A space that continues the work we have already begun together.

Our new podcast is called Don’t Trip on Your Cape, and it was created straight from the heart. Many of you know and love my best friend, Leslie. Her wisdom, her presence, her grounding energy, her ability to speak directly to the soul. I love her more than I can ever say, and I know so many of you feel the same way about her. I am so grateful that she said yes to doing this with me. I cannot wait for you to get more of her in your life.
